David Cohen Solís

Received the Title of Attorney at Law and Political Science from the University Santa María La Antigua, and is the author of the thesis entitled "The Boarding Clause or Collision in the Maritime Insurance Contract". Continued postgraduate studies, studying the Orientation Program of the legal System of the United States of America, at the Georgetown University School of Law, Washington, D.C. Later on, he received a Master Degree in Comparative Jurisprudence at the New York University School of Law. Is member of the National Bar Association, and the Internantional Federation of Lawyers (FIA in Spanish) and the Panamanian Association on Maritime Law. Languages: Spanish, English (Authorized Public Interpreter). Member of the America Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM).

Andreas Vassilópulos Kytan

Received the Title of Attorney at Law and Political Science from the University Santa María La Antigua, and is the author of the thesis entitled "The Adoption Legal System in Panama". Is member of the National Bar Association, and the International Federation of Lawyers (FIA in Spanish). Continued studies, studying Technic in Management and Administration Business from the University Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología (ULACIT). Is Legal Director - Colon Free Zone (Zona Libre de Colón) Administration from 1999 to 2004. Languages: Spanish, Greek and English.

Johanna Pons Vásquez

Received the Title of Attorney at Law and Political Science from the University Santa María La Antigua. Continued postgraduate studies, studying Superior Business Management from the University Interamericana de Panamá. Continued studies, studying Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with concentration in Human Resources. Is member of the National Bar Association. Languages: Spanish, English.
